Can I order several shoes to try on?
Of course! As soon as the dance shoes are returned to us, the money will be credited back to you via the selected payment method.
Who bears the shipping costs for a return?
The buyer takes care of this. If you send the complete order back, we will refund you

How long does the right of return apply?
You are welcome to return the purchased items to us up to 14 days after receipt. fill
Simply fill out the cancellation form and enclose it with the shipment.
How long is the delivery time?
The delivery time is always displayed when you make your selection.
If the dance shoes are in stock, they will be sent to you from Germany within 1-2 working days after receipt of payment. If the dance shoes are not currently in stock, you can still purchase them and secure them with a maximum waiting time of 2-8 weeks.

I have a particularly small or particularly large size...
Feel free to choose your desired model from the current range (no sale) and we will order your size for the next production.

- Made to measure
How long does it take to manufacture a customized product? (dance tailcoat, dancewear, dance shoes)
Depending on the order situation, a dance tailcoat is ready for delivery within 2-3 months. The production time for dance trousers or a tournament shirt is 2-4 weeks, depending on the order situation. Handmade dance shoes also need about 2 weeks. (If you have a special request, please contact us)
Can bespoke clothing be returned?
Since this is clothing specially made for you, it cannot be exchanged.

Can I return a self-designed model from the dance shoe configurator?
Since these are custom-made products, these dance shoes cannot be exchanged.
- Fitting on site
Can I also try on the goods on site?
In our shop you will find all the items that we also carry online. Feel free to come by and try them out.
- Invoice & Exchange
Unfortunately, I did not receive an invoice...
If you have not received an invoice from our system by e-mail, you can contact us without any problems and we will send you the invoice by e-mail.
How does an exchange work?
If you would like to exchange an item, please send the purchased item back to us with the completed cancellation form. In the meantime, simply place a new order. After the returned goods have arrived, the money will be credited back to you.
